  1. Damage and Defects: Kitchenology is not responsible for any damage to products that occurs during the delivery process or after they have been delivered. Upon receipt, the customer agrees to inspect the products and report any damages or defects within 2 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.
  2. Measurement Accuracy: Kitchenology will not be held responsible for products that do not fit due to incorrect measurements done by the customer. It is essential that all measurements are accurate and verified before placing an order.
  3. Order Accuracy: Kitchenology will not be held responsible for any errors in the products ordered due to incorrect information provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and confirm the order details before finalizing the purchase.
  4. Assistance with Repurchase: In the event of a damaged product, incorrect measurement, or wrongly ordered material, we will assist the customer in repurchasing the correct items if needed. However, any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
  5. Goods, Not Services: By placing an order with us, the customer acknowledges that they are purchasing goods, not services. The products provided through Kitchenology are to be installed by the customer or a third party of their choosing.
  6. Refund Policy: The customer understands that products must be returned in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a refund. The customer acknowledges that Kitchenology will not accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been assembled or are not in their original packaging.
